Tapjoy Games fails to provide the deserved currency and avoids to contact their customers
The worst company I had to deal with lately. I have several opened cases with Tapjoy going back 2-3 months; no contact even after I have provided them with all requested info and proof. The latest case #12443861: missing 495 diamonds. The proof of my participation was sent almost a month ago and still no response from Tapjoy and this is just one case in the long line of unresolved issues and unprofessional and inefficient customer service!
